- This raffle is promoted by Bewdley Carnival Committee, Bewdley, Worcestershire.
- This is a Small Society Lottery operated under the Gambling Act 2005, registration number 26/02285/LOTLIC.
- Participants must be aged 16 or over.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
- Payment must be received and confirmed before an entry is included in the draw.
- The draw will take place on 27 June 2026 at 4:45pm BST. The promoter reserves the right to change the draw date with reasonable notice.
- Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase. If a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the draw, an alternative winner may be drawn.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
- The promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the draw.
- A full list of winners will be available on request after the draw.
- Trustees, Committee Members and their families are permitted to enter the raffle. They receive no special treatment and their tickets are included in the draw pool on exactly the same basis as all other participants. No preferential consideration is given in the selection of winners.
