Our history
Bewdley Carnival began in 1926 as a Land and River Parade — and a century later it’s still bringing the whole town together.
In 2026 we celebrated our 100th anniversary. The carnival is still a true community event, organised entirely by local volunteers — from the parade through the town to the fireworks and the entertainment stage.
Our committee 2026/27
The carnival is run by a small volunteer committee, elected at our AGM.
