Trader Application Form

If you are interested in being a trader at this year’s Bewdley Carnival (held annually on the last Saturday in June), please register your interest by completing the form below.

Once we have received your application, a member will be in touch. Thank you for supporting Bewdley Carnival.

Please Note:

• All traders are to bring their own gazebos and tables – Only designated pitches are supplied
• All pitch fees are to be made in advance and are non-refundable. All payments must arrive no later than Monday 1st June
• The sale of alcohol is restricted to closed vessels only (for consumption off site)
• All traders must provide their own generators generators. A copy of any safety certificates must be available and may be requested by a member of staff
• All traders are responsible for clearing all litter from their designated pitch area prior to leaving the event. A rubbish collection point will be located near the entrance to the field. Any trader who fails to clear their area prior to leaving may be charged a rubbish disposal fee
